Roberts, Owen Josephus
(1875-1955) Робертс, Оуэн Джозефус
Член Верховного суда США [Associate Justice of the Supreme Court] (1930-45). Стал известен как прокурор на процессе "Типот Доум" [Teapot Dome] (1924), вел расследование по факту нападения на Перл-Харбор [Pearl Harbor]. Автор большого числа проектов решений Верховного суда. Консерватор, выступал против многих законов периода "Нового курса" [New Deal]. После ухода в отставку с поста судьи был деканом юридического факультета Пенсильванского университета [Pennsylvania, University of] (1948-51)
